I reached out to support because I was having an issue and figured I’d be waiting a while, since I emailed them in the middle of doing a bunch of errands and making dinner. But they got back to me fast and actually fixed the problem without a lot of back and forth. Super easy experience overall...

I barely got any help during onboarding, and the little support I did get felt careless. It seemed like they were just trying to move me along instead of actually making sure I understood what to do

I really wanted this to make order automation easier, but it keeps missing things here and there. Sometimes orders just don’t sync correctly, and it’s frustrating because you don’t always catch it right away. When it works, it’s fine, but the mistakes stand out way more because they end up creating extra work

My stock counts were constantly off, which led to orders coming in for items I didn’t actually have. It was really frustrating because instead of the system helping prevent the issue, it felt like they made it my problem to explain everything to customers and clean up the mess...

The billing was easy to understand, which I appreciated. I didn’t notice any hidden fees or surprise charges, although I kept feeling like there had to be something I was missing. So overall it felt straightforward, even if I was weirdly suspicious the whole time.

The product data was solid overall, but there were a few missing details that left me momentarily staring into the void. Nothing disastrous, though — for the most part, it was good and got the job done

Inventory Source has been easy for me to use overall. I don’t remember every little step I took getting set up, but I do remember the dashboard making enough sense once I clicked around for a while. Adding suppliers and checking products felt straightforward after the first pass.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few spots were kind of clunky, at least from what I remember. Some pages loaded a little slow, and I had to hunt for a couple settings that probably should’ve been easier to find. Still, it does what I need without making things too complicated...

I was having this annoying syncing problem with my store, right when I was trying to get through a bunch of other little admin tasks, so it kind of threw me off. I sent in a ticket not really knowing if it was something on my end or some weird setting I had missed. Support got back to me quickly, took a look at the settings, and explained what was causing it in a way that actually made sense. I followed the steps they gave me, and after that everything started updating again like normal. it was just nice to get it fixed without a long back-and-forth

Inventory Source did save me some time with getting products uploaded and keeping stock levels updated, so I want to give credit where it’s due. When it worked well, it definitely took a few repetitive tasks off my plate.
That said, it still felt clunkier than I expected. Setup took longer than I planned for, and I still had to go in and fix a few things manually. For the price, I was hoping the whole process would feel a bit more polished and efficient

I’ve used Inventory Source for managing supplier feeds, and it definitely saves some time compared to doing everything manually. That said, when I compare it to other tools I’ve tried, the pricing feels a little steep for what’s included. If your store is already getting consistent orders, it could make sense, but for a smaller shop like mine, the cost adds up quickly. I just wish a few more basic features were available at a lower price point. Overall, it’s a decent tool, just not the best value for everyone

I don’t have much to say other than it just works. Never really gives me trouble, and my gut feeling is that it’s the kind of thing you can count on without having to think about it

Trying to use the catalog tools felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. I kept expecting some flexibility, but nope, everything felt super rigid, like I had to work around the tool instead of it helping me get things done.

The supplier network is alright some of them have a really good range of products, but others feel kind of outdated or just not that easy to deal with. It gets the job done, I just wish it was a little more consistent overall

Getting started with Inventory Source was straightforward in the beginning. The basic setup made sense, and I was able to get my store connected without too much hassle.

Once I got into the supplier settings and mapping, though, it started feeling less clear. I had to poke around, check a few help pages, and just trust my instinct on a couple of steps to keep things moving.
It works overall, so I’m not disappointed, but I wouldn’t say the setup is super simple. It’s decent, just not as smooth as I expected for someone using it for the first time.
